“As the rivers flowing east and west merge in the sea and become one with it, forgetting they were ever separate rivers, so do all creatures lose their separateness when they merge at last into pure Being.”

Free Guided relaxation (432hz)
Find a quiet space and install yourself into śavāsana (the corpse pose). Lay your back upon the Earth, add support such as pillows under knees and head if necessary and cover yourself with a blanket. Align your legs a little wider then your hips, extend your arms to the sides of your body palms facing up. Position your head evenly between the shoulders while being mindful to respect the natural curves of the spine. Make yourself comfortable and sink your whole body onto the ground. Note that if you are not comfortable resting on the floor, you can do this relaxation in your bed or on a chair with your feet lifted up on a bolster so that your knees are a little higher then your hips. Relax. Don't make any particular efforts to listen to what I say, trust that what you need to hear at any given moment is perfect for you. You have nothing to do or achieve, let go and enter the state of conscious sleep.
The recording does not provide guidance as to bring you out of the relaxation because it is meant to be alternatively used as a calming tool to help you enter the realm of deep sleep. If you use this relaxation after your Yoga practice, once the guidance is over, bathe in silence for a while; then gently turn to one side in fetal position. Savor each step of the journey. Once ready to sit, move slowly and mindfully. Use your upper hand to press yourself up. Keep your eyes closed and your head heavy. Once in cross-legged position, gently align your head between the shoulders, chin parallel to the floor. Sit in meditation for as long as you wish. RIP.
From my heart to your heart, may you find repose into the still point within.
