Sacred Sound, Movement & Rituals for women; facilitator training

This facilitator training is designed for women from all walks of life. It will help you develop an intimate relationship with the realms of divine frequencies & sacred movement.

Through the power of rituals, clear intention, sound/voice attunement, kīrtan (call & response mantra chanting), body awareness, yogic practices, meditation, dance, music, journaling, arts, earthing, & sharing circles, you will develop tools to help women discover the healing power of their own voice, as well as the natural wisdom of their own body, mind & spirit.

 

You will also develop ways to help them dive into the infinite space of their creative Self. This is an empowerment journey; a call to bring out the wild, wise & mystical woman within each of us. It is an invitation to gather as sisters & learn from each other in a safe, supportive, uplifting & respectful way.
